Refund & Cancellation Policy

NSG Holdings primarily provides technology services, software solutions and digital platforms. Because these offerings are delivered through configuration, development time and operational support, refunds are handled carefully and assessed on a case‑by‑case basis.

When Refunds May Apply

  • The client has been charged for a service that NSG Holdings did not deliver.
  • A technical fault on our side prevents activation or reasonable use of the service.
  • Duplicate or accidental payments are identified.
  • A project is cancelled before work has begun and no material costs have been incurred.

To request a refund, clients must contact NSG Holdings within 7 days of the original transaction and provide relevant supporting information. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method where possible.

Non‑Refundable Situations

  • Services that have already been delivered or substantially completed.
  • Delays caused by missing information, approvals or changes from the client side.
  • Change of mind after work has started or licenses have been purchased on your behalf.
  • Issues arising from third‑party systems, platforms or providers outside NSG’s control.
